Much of the material in this animation was filmed with a microscope. The work is mainly about the relationship between myself and the cells that make up me. These basic lifeforms don’t have any emotions, either positive or negative; they just silently support the entire body.

With materials captured by the microscope and aided by the animation effects, the scene full of a distinctive beauty is laid out. The artist adds clever animation and plot design on the basis of the transfer technique, imparting the main characters and the whole sports game with an absurd sense of humor. The bodies and the games are cleverly connected to make people feel the cells within the body as well as the inner connections within the body itself. The ingenious and whimsical mode of expression is remarkable.
Some athletes in underpants and an imaginary soccer ball are the protagonists of this work. Virtuously painted in water colours they seem to form a red and a blue team. Their physical activities take place in front of a background which reads as bodily fluids and microorganisms, thus suggesting an interpretation of the athletes as blood cells ‘on the job’. “It is mainly about the relationship between me and the cells that make up me, ” says the lmmaker.
